Contact Sheet

A contact sheet is a positive print of a negative. After the rolls of film are developed and cut into strips we make contact sheets to better determine which print one would want to enlarge. These are 2 rolls of film that I developed; I chose one frame from the contact sheet to enlarge. This assignment was vantage point; I think it’s pretty self-explanatory these shot best represent a usual way of looking at a subject. (www.dictionary.com Vantage Point- a position or place that affords a wide or advantageous perspective; viewpoint position or place that affords a wide or advantageous perspective; viewpoint)
Focusing on the sharp lines, rough surface and deep grout lines give this pint a rough look the, little hands soften it with a sense of innocent curiosity.
I really don’t know how to critique this one. I laid down on the ground an other wise unattainable shot. This was my favorite frame in the entire roll of the snail.
